A) I agree with protege for once
B) It happens to me all the time, I'm an Order player, it happened to me AT THAT FIGHT, you just need to get used to it if youre gonna fly where nomads roam
C) Lifes not Candyland

I would ordinarily leave rants like this in a feedback page, but K'hara has chosen to hide behind a locked one

and I feel the best way to make things fair is to force K'hara to use cloaks that drain batteries just like everyone else

and yes I opened fire first, the second you decloaked I was already dead

Things like that harm gameplay and enjoyment for everyone.

I often use Durks for RP, as quite a few could prove. Durks are quite good as it often if seen not to be hostile makes a person feel safer and it opens up more RP potential.

The only thing that bothers me about these cloaks is that they keep cloaking/uncloaking which amkes the fight really bad. I mean, if you are planing to fight till you die do it without cloak/uncloak stuff.

P'much it, there are new lines in K'hara/Nomad ID which limiting them already, so I guess that's enough.

Well I had an RP with Marduk... once.

Perma-cloaking is a problem in itself that goes beyond whatever happened (or didn't happen) in this situation.

Its problem is that one side can choose when to have an encounter and when not.
That's generally a bad thing in a game that depends on player-player interaction.

Okay if that happens that Nomads should be allowed to talk whilst cloaked and put down engagement notices whilst cloaked like everyone else .

A simple CD will stop that from happening. If you can't CD the ship whilst it's shields have been down for 2 minutes then it deserves to get away. Any NON nomad cloak can do this very easily and they can do it far quicker and easier. They can also cloak, restock and then write an engagement notice whilst cloaked and then decloak. You can't really use that as a point against these cloaks.
