As many, Including I, have mentioned above, such a unique scanner is currently not a priority, as it has no required role in current RP that is unfulfilled, as well as the fact that other issues, such as the Docking Module plugin, various bugs etc are more needed right now.

Yeah , i agree it is not priority right now , but some day it may be . Thats why we write those ideas in discussion forum , to see is idea is valid , and is it needed now or ever , and to be here to read , for potential future use .
