This is Sir Steve Malmsteen, Your corporate attorney. I would like to submit a report regarding red hessian vidar cruiser class goes by the name "Eclipse". The vessel act completely away from what we know about the revolutionary army. This vessel perform "pay or die" or "pay to pass" taxes by force over civilians including the pilots of the Bretonia Mining and Fabrication. It seems there is no control at all from the authorities there because i saw more than one vessel getting stopped by forces without any noticed action from the police or army there against them. I tried to ask the pilot about his purpose but it seems he is horribly miss-informed about his goal. The pilot act like a terrorist and claim that it's a funding for the revolution. I deliver my report here to you my lord and hopeful BMF can act diplomatically by contacting the federal authorities of rheinland to fix that. It' all in your hands now.
