Freeworlds IS going to be awesome. With the help of the developer of Tides of War, they are getting a hell of a lot of goodies that Disco could do with too. Not only that, but proper capital ship combat..*drool*
Tides of War had frankly the best capital ship combat I've seen in Freelancer, something Discovery lacks (Balance not only between the capital ships but between bombers and fighters). Now that they are combining the RP aspect of Tides of War (Ships from the right era etc, factions etc), the combat and the goodies that Dev (the developer) with the huge amount of work that Freeworlds has already done, it is going to be godly.

All the same, Discovery took centre stage in that article, as is to be expected:P

Maybe they meant the thousand characters people think about while they aren't playing?

Our database is currently around 16000, and good post Connor, would one of you 'obsessives' like to
contact the magazine, and correct their glaring errors, and give them a screenshot to be proud of ...
The more the merrier will give us an even higher profile.

hm... how did they find us though? o0 I mean FL is such an obscure game I'm amazed when I hear some people around me still possess a copy of it...
Personally never heard of the game til a kid I've met (well, kid... hes actually older than I XD) passed me the CD...
immediately became my number one video game (not like I played many anyway)
