I think that the total population of the Order is about 200K people. How many robots do they have to build in order to crew that colossus, and with what economy and industry? Bretonia is struggling to build little tiny Dunkirks, with a population of 16 billion people.
I'll have to be the bad guy. As far as I know, Thebes is an Order "superbattleship". The model you made is neither an Order design nor anything close to a ship used in combat. It could perhaps work as what Barge was supposed to be, a civilian mothership, but it is in no way something that could be the largest human warship in existance.
Also @Thunderer, the Thebes was built before the loss of Toledo, so the Order had (correct me if I'm wrong) around a million of people under their command during its construction.

Except it wasn't supposed to be done. It was under construction and wasn't supposed to be done for years inRP and then got damaged from the Minor event, it was powergamed to life.
That looks like the Thebes couldn't decide if it wanted to be a super experimental wormhole-ripping superbattleship or if it just wanted to be a microshipyard.
It looks better to me as well. I think it would be easier to balance too, and more realistic as well, concerning the Order's lore. But it's the Order HC who decide.
