Naah, the new NPCs are good enough to be let to free fire. I do not need them to focus on things anymore.

I think armor is too much for this boss
It has x68 armor, you have to hit that boss like 225 times with Heavy mortar

Looks like my Admin Ish'tar that I tinkered around with in Conn. All weap's that fire forward were Nom Artillery's. Was scary.

...I'm now afraid of Spazzy.

Despite inability to customize behavior of npcs or create entirely new ones there are some interesting combinations can be created when paired with specialized npc-only equipment. For example npc thruster that combined with impulse speed brings the sum to cruise speed and then tweaked snub ai profiles resulting in quite different behaviors, with one profile the npc would use this thruster to get away from you when being actively targeted, making it quite annoying opponent, the other profile resulted in npc playing very aggressively as it would use this thruster to quickly close range and chase you down making button mashing dodging far less effective. Alas that didn't make its way into disco as we parted ways but doesn't mean it can't give a try to experimental combinations given that npcs can have their own special toys unobtainable by players. Additionally npcs use equipped scanner to determine at what range they'll shoot a target, so with a special very low range scanner npc can be made seem somewhat docile but may surprise you with its deadlier-than-usual arsenal if you get too close. Tweaking profile AIs can also result in disabling certain routines and functionality. Kinda unfortunate that disco would instead sway to either crap npcs or insane npcs rather than reworking setups and creating varying types to use them in different situations.

It didn't fire at Kalh's Geb while it was at Mortar range. Thus, it is only a matter of time. More precisely, about 36 minutes with a double HM Dunkirk. If you have 5 of those, it's just slightly longer than 7. Even easier than a core 1 POB.

A note, that thing is not supposed to be shot by a random guy.
But by everyone.
Like.
Everyone.

A core 1 POB does not have artillery guns.
