Second, I just said, the higher number of rank does in no way mean he has better stuff. Remember what I said about having rank 35 eagles and ravenclaws. Those had nomad, codename, tizzys, nova torps, some with mines, nomad thruster, highest shield. Those are top of the line fighter craft and they are all low level. If yours is a low level because you don't give it a good ship, then go buy a good ship.

I came up with lvl 45 off the top of my head, mostly cos i he's got that much cash he can pretty much get whatever he wants to equip his ship.

I know for a fact that a player with RM characters wants him to get a lifetime ban and has broken the server rules to attack and kill him in NY.

I also know for a fact that he was getting a bad rep with the other players faster the the -=?=- and CUFF did.

I figured since he's only got a freelancer ID that I'd help him out and I also figured that this was the best way to do so.

The way he's been earning money today it won't take him long to get to lvl 45, he's been killing BHG and corsairs so he's probably going for either an outcast ID or a hessian one.

I thought it wouldn't hurt to help out a player who seemed to have got in way over his head.

Ok, I have a few problems with this...
Problem 1) RM person want's to get him a perma-ban? What rule, pray tell, did he break? Did he cuss us out, smuggle artifacts, fly around in a starflyer and blow up a PC battleship with it? That would do it, but otherwise... Our only concern is Rheinland. Beyond that, it's just a mild interest. Or should be, at any rate.
Problem 2) He has a Freelancer ID... I think there is a rule that you're supposed to get an official ID at level 35, correct? That in itself might be a bit of a problem, but not a major one that requires the Phantoms do the Angels job.
Problem 3) Someone ATTACKED HIM IN NY!? Seriously! I don't care what he's done, you don't attack people in NY! Even if it was one of the old -=?=- people, YOU DON'T ATTACK ANYONE IN NY, NO EXCEPTIONS.

All right, now that i've ranted a bit, what's the story here? Why is it necissary to kill him?
