Well I apologize for sounding hostile, I'm just getting a little tired of so many new threads per day. What I was trying to say is that you could most likely find other means to "investigate " in this matter. Perhaps a quick in-game PM to an admin? Or a friend you know?

Well I have an Outcast Mad Scientist on Cape Wrath, was gonna stirup an RP that he got his hands on a Nomad Power Cell from there and was using it along with Cardi to do experiments on his captured subjects (pilots, slaves, etc..) The goal being to hasten the DNA change of a normal human to that of an Outcast there by creating Cardi dependant soldiers for the Outcasts so the "Purebloods" can go home and turn around the birth rate crisis....but there seemed like a bunch of Outcasts going around.
It's an abandoned Nomad city, the Bretonians put Sunderland station there to study it and a battleship to protect it. The Outcast do alot of fun RP research there while the lawfuls try and stop them. It's really a cool site because the players can create their own story without a previously created one forced on them.
There's also a Bretonian satellite inside the shield. If you blow up all the generators, you still find that Sunderland is pouring energy into the shield, too.

Object appears to be Nomad ruins. Sunderland Station studies it as a nearby Bretonian battleship watches it.
I blew up all the generators once. Imagine them as wrecks, you can hit them once, and only once.
