Same as me then. You shouldn't be having issues if you're running in compatibility mode and as an administrator.

Well, there shouldn't be issues, but they are there.

It may even be your FL install. Are you using an ISO or disc copy of the game?

Currently unable to consistently be present in the Community due to life constraints.

He tried:
1) Play as administrator
2) Disc and 2 ISO game types
3) 4.0 net framework or higher
4) 2004 C++ redistributable (or what name was it)
5) Play with compatibility mode
6) Uninstall/reinstall game and OS

i had the same issue after first install on wincrap 10 x64. I updated the whole windows, reinstalled gpu drivers and did fixed. On the second install i had same issue and worked after all the updates.

dont forget to try compatibility mode for win 7/8. and sometime installing a game that also install old DX9 fix some issue for older games

otherwise all left is a VM or a partition with windoh 7!

Yeah, I'm back, managed to fix my win 10 problem, check the tutorial section if you want to see how I fixed it.
