I just checked the poll after getting some vegetarian filet stripes and can say this isn't rigged at all. Some votes are just more important than others. As you can see, Corile was only voting for the marriage, so it is clear that his vote speaks for 4000 people. Come to think of it, I believe he is a nomad hivemind.
