I've RP'd on opposites sides with JihadJoe, he's fantastic and has colourful RP personalities.
I know Marburg from my membership in NLH and his dedication to the server is without question.
I haven't spoken with Dieter but his work with key factions and his efforts in maintaining an atmosphere in areas of Sirius is highly commendable.
One question....if Dieter becomes and Admin will Bretonia lose all it's BAF chars? :P
