Ok...so...by this logic....if it is not in the Kusari lawful ZOI, then it IS in the Rhienland Zone of Influence. The question still applies. The RM could decide to blockade the hole, or GMG. So, even if there are special ID rules, of who you can shoot and why, it is still riskier for a group like IMG or DSE to get into a shooting war with someone over getting in and out. But spazzy answered it, people need to figure it out on their own, and RP consequences will be enforced.

No, it is not in the Rheinland ZOI. I am pretty sure it is GMG territory, but since GMG has no official faction at the moment their laws do not exist to confirm that. Other than that I agree with you, it could lead to some interesting encounters between the local groups and those coming for the profit.

I get stopped by KSP and Kusary Navy as well as RM and RFP in sigma 13 all the time and questioned and fined and what not..., also isnt there some kinda treaty between Kusari and Rhienland....That allows for pursuit of targets into each other territory? Anyways.....Im hoping Corsairs come out with a huge fleet and just camp the hole... .
Whats the goal of this event? Maybe the question are silly to you but, how come the IMG, DSE, BMM, GMG, Kruger, Junkers, Zoners, Generic Miners know there is a profitable mining ore spoted into a Sigma system? Ok, expect for the GMG & Kruger at least, bc both has sigma zoi. But what about the others?. What will happene if those faction act hostile to each others, will they act hostile after the event over, if not, why so? Or all of those factions gonna forget whatever happened in Sigma!!
I mean how come the IMG, DSE, BMM, JUNKER, ZONER found this Uncharted System and start digging into for ore???
