I wanna know the answer to the question in question without being asked questions about why my question consists of 2 questions which requires only one question being answered with another question!

It depends which place you mean or, more precisely, to which place the first "the" referred. If it referred to the moving place, then, if the place you buried it in is not going places, then neither will the buried one, implying that it's secured. But, if you buried the place to which the first place had moved, and not the first place itself with it, then the first place is free to go whichever places it wishes.

But what if the place that was supposed going places haven't left the place it was placed, since I have dug up a place on the place it was placed before, so it stayed on the place it was placed but was just furthered deeper on the place it was placed?
