Intelligence Services are typically not subordinate to the military. Many Militaries have their own intelligence divisions sure but they operate independently.

MND is most likely based on the BND which is is subordinated to the government. They actually employ soldiers, not the other way around.

Well said ,ruin another cool faction cause you think its bad ,and good luck with this . I have given too much attention to this . Try not to take your OORP hate involved please .I do not remember when was the last time BDM mistreated someone in game or make a senceless role play . As from this what you just say ...This is bigger ooRP hate then i used to say for K'hara. Only this is whole other lvl.

I get it skorak only not the need to control and eventually sabotage in attempt to replace BDM .I play activly in Rheinland and I really think we are not ready for inner separatism .Make secon agency just ffs dont inspire separatism inRP with MND ID please.

I used to be in BDM and quality drop for the last year is quite certain.

So instead attempt to make it better or any currently active Rheinland official lawful faction .You ll keep saying things like that ,I just dont get why so much hate .And now that i see you faction I get it since u said 0 lines of RP during Kemmerer siege .I suggest you look at your own faction and revive it instead of flaming other ppl faction for what? I dont wanna resume this of all faction i did not expect such spitfire on this one and I no longer want to listen to this while official faction stay idle ingame and near death . Desire to bring down another official with well based RP is someting i wont understand...
I mention KHara because I was first to ooRP hate someone . But not to a level to attemp to make other faction or inspire indie to shoot nomad officials ,there are many things i would like to drama about them but for the sake of nomad entire activicy I will not sabotage them as i always say to indie asking for help ...PM Khara or Vargant official depending on RP u like ...So I had to mention that since I am speaking about potential ooRP hate hidden behind some words and actions in this thread

No one hates BDM|, but eversince the @SkyNet gave out the leadership, it went way worse. I'd rather blame the current leader, but that's my very personal opinion.

We have a feedback page for BDM, if you convey your thoughts there that will be great and this faction is no replacement for BDM at all its not even a Intelligence Agency lore.

The question here is MND is a separate NPC faction, yea it was separated from RM but now it's not under control of RM I am talking about NPC MND. It is NPC faction of BDM. If you want to make a anti-BDM faction then use RM ID that will surely suit you better
