And why do you think Gallia doesn't have freelancers/mercenaries or that you need any extra equipment to communicate with them? They are not Nomads or AI, they are people just like Sirians. I'm still confused by you saying you want activity on the server, but exclude Gallia at the same time.

It's not an exclusion. I didn't want it. But a company that appears after 23 years of "Nothing" isn't informed about what happened in that 23 years.
