Announcing a new type of Zoner ID sold on the Carrier Tarrafal in Bering, an Official Faction request by @The Unioners

Zoner Militant

After recent developments in the Bering system, the Zoner carrier Tarrafal has recently arrived from Pennsylvania where it is preparing to retake Freeport 2 from the pirates who currently occupy the station.

Pilot carrying this quasi-lawful ID is a Zoner combatant belonging to the Carrier Tarrafal, who:

- Can attack any ship in self-defense, to protect another Zoner ship, or in defense of Zoner bases.
- Can demand cargo and credits from any ship in the Bering system, and attack them if they do not comply.
- Can attack any ship in the Bering system except transports.
- Can attack any Unioners within their Zone of Influence except transports.
- Cannot dock Cruisers on any base within House Sovereign Space.
- Cannot dock transports with more than 3,600 cargo on any base within House Sovereign Space.
- Cannot participate in unlawful actions except as described above.

Zone of Influence: Bering, Systems bordering Bering
Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats, Cruisers

Compatible tech cells: Zoners, Border Worlds, Civilian, House Civilian

Rephacks: Hostile to Unioners, Pirate IFF, Separatists

As a variation to something that Infidel posted a few days ago, could we start improving the format of IDs so they are easier to read and understand, as below?

As for the content:

-Why does the ID say "cannot dock on any base" instead of "cannot dock". Does that mean they dock on planets (cruisers and transports can't dock in planets carrier bays anyway)?
-Why can they attack ANY ship in Bering? Attacking house navy, mining, and trade corporations who are minding their own business seems a bit excessive, especially since they're right at the doorstep of two houses that can crush them with ease, with which they should be interested in having good relations with.
