Serp: Nice job so far. I like the blue circle. A few points:

The background in the circle is a bit doo dark. Liven it up a bit, perhaps? Like what Benjamin said, more touristy colours.
The Lux Liner doesn't really seem too dynamic to me. The motion blur in the first one was good, maybe an engine trail?
I like that you've played with the motto. Our current motto is "The Universe Awaits You"... maybe try adding something that reflects that?

Otherwise, I love it. The font and the circle really work, keep building around those elements.

Mule: A good start, I'd be interested to see what you could come up with from there.

My new image is gone... And I dont have time to redo it..

So I remade the old one, replaced the planet and added your motto..

Unfortunely I dont think its any better.. Im sorry I couldnt produce anything better for you..

It looks terrific. Couple of ideas, though: Looking at it, the Luxury Liner just doesn't really fit, for me. Perhaps do a version without the LL and the motto, so it's just the circle with the name and planet.
