Priority will be given to official factions on both sides. For the sake of balance, the Commune will not be up front allowed to participate, though if there is a large influx of Order ships, then that will be amended.

For the time being, no. The OP points out when it will be amended, but I'd like to see the snub fight be more balanced than it was last time.

I will be opening this up to allies on both sides. The Commune will be allowed to participate, as well as any of the Order's allies that have engagement rights in Omicron Lost.

Event opened up to Commune and any Order allies with ZoI in Lost. I'll try to keep the numbers balanced, if more commune register than the Order and allies have snubs, the extra will be put into reserve.

Should the cap slots also swell, I'll consider adding more.
