Pepe, if you did those awesome smooth 3d effects with the Gen'an current logo, that would be perfection.

I actually would agree with Riehl

I wonder what it would look like.
Also can you smooth out small errors? Like the opening in the middle of our current logo isn't completely centralised, making the circle abit thicker on one side

Ah, but I see here already something that you'd like. @Anomander my friend, put this layer style on your awesome orange/yellow flower and you will sell. Small ones keep as they are.

Thanks @Pepe - I will check is there any similar tool in GIMP or try to get similar effect

Glow (blur) and bevels aren't difficult (check out my avatar and sigs), how did you make the central orb, though?

original size for rescaling to whatever is needed (its 2462x2462)

Of the top logos, I like the stronger colors that I used myself on that version (the gold yellow and red)

With the bottom logo line I like this color scheme better, I see you changed the central orb to be orange, but with the earlier version gave a nice contrast to the ring around it.

Good attempt and a nice new design, but currently Anomander's designs are still in the lead.
I wonder what his version of the logo will look like with Pepe's graphics work
