IF your order

You can use corsair, and allied to corsair pirate waepons (although i wouldnt know why you would want them, except for the corsair cap turrets and their pulse weapons)

If your zoner, you can use order weapons, and some corsair.

That is how i see it...

So long as they aren't Zoner and using a full load of Corsair weapons, I would find it acceptable.

That's always bothered me. Why put a special scanner on a ship if you have to put a BS license on it?

I know for SP reasons, but is that it?

well i completely agree with reverse engineering, but cerebruses on liberty gunboats? you have the liberty gunboat turret that does like 10000 damage, or at least it does when i scanned the LNS DAWN, however i had heard rumors....RP given by said character for the cerb turrets was"we are not at war yet" thats it, then i got blown up...as for the Kusari Dragonflys on that ship, i got 4 up the tailpipe, and middle finger....reverse engineering or not, if you use that to RP then my rogue destroyer (yes i have an rm-1) should be outfitted with all the best weapons...the black market is awesome, yet expensive, and having defected from the corrupt LN greedy capitalist oppressors, often require reoutfit/resupply and requisitioning orders are easily filed....and large lump sum transactions to sleeper bank accts often lend to early retirements DUh....organized crime....sounds much better RP wise then reverse engineering, and the LNS players often get frustrated with those when i try to RP it, and cry to admins...again the lawfuls seem to be pampered, and the unlawfuls given the shaft or a sanction

The reports of my trying to imitate the revered Michal Golanski are greatly exaggerated...my avatar should prove this.

Read the info card of the cerebus. It says (paraphrasing here) they were developed in rheinland but they are universally available. I dont see why you're complaining about it since it says on the info card universally available. As for the dragonfly, those are completely oorp. As people have said before, those are restricted to BDs and very select allies (it kind of bothers me that every rogue gunboat and their grandma have these but meh thats for a different thread me thinks).

I dont mean to be critical, but it would be really helpful if you could clean up what you type a bit. Its hard to understand what you're trying to say.

yeah i was rereading my post and i had a heard time understanding it, i type to fast...i read the cerebrus turret info card, and i was mistaken, however it was my impression gunboats would not carry those, especially liberty gunboats.

as for the BD tech, yes i did explain that to said player, and got no response

i currently have a rm-1 dessie, and outcast weapons, and 2 cerebrus turrets buts that it, too much power consumption, and not really my thing. the point i was trying to make...incoherently...was that lawfuls in the liberty area, should check themselves, before trying to whine and sanction others, because they are too "tough". the other point i was trying to hammer in, was that Lawful wannabes should really try to work on RP, this isnt a server to pawn ppl. given my arguments have been kind of jaded, but in all honesty these posts are aimed at the minority of lawful inepts.

there are many very good Lawful RP's out there, such as most =LSF=, the 22nd, and the LNS-CF72 group.

these posts are aimed towards the inept i.e. oorp characters in gunboats and caps, who cannot rp, and have oorp weapons, and wannabes i.e transports and talons and other oorp trying to pose as lawfuls and failing miserably

to be fair i have seen quite a few pirates in raven claws lately.....hmm.....pirate in a LSF only ship.....

Solaris, Inferno, Razor, Mortar, Cerberus and Basic capital ship weaponry are universal. Things like Dragonfly and Hessian Cruiser missile turrets, Order / Corsair / Liberty / Bretonian / etc turrets are all NOT universal.

The inferno cap weapon is universal. The fighter weapon is only available to those allied with Outcasts and Outcasts themselves.

What about primary and secondary turrets, are they treated the same as basic and considered universal?
