Let unqualified people (cook / maid / solder) work for a station that needs qualified people with blueprints, or at least partial ones? Okay, so you store BHG and some freelancer buys it. So those BHG now have partial blueprints and can leak info about the Station? ;D

You appear to know more than us which actually log and use that base from time to time. So what Horrendous cheap profit are we talking here about? Just saving the way from Genoa to Malta for people who Actually want to buy their first CAU8? Are we literally going to be salty about people who want to keep doing missions and later fly 50k back and forth to sell those pilots?

Edit: Wouldn't FOW become a problem with 5k Pilots? (Wouldn't it make Prison Station Nicosia in Omicron Xi very hard to supply?)

Dividing the generalized "Crew" commodity or adding other commodities similar to Crew is useless, because it will simply make the PoB management worse than it already is.

You can simply slap 300-400 crew on a PoB, and make a thread saying how do what and such.

I believe original idea was like, making Junker PoB, produce equipment on it while have slaves as crew, and claim children labor.
Idea was not about divide crew but about just give more alternatives for RP immersion, so its nohow not touch management.
But you already have answer:

The idea behind this proposal was purely an inRP one. I'm not sure how some people think there's some ulterior motive to this, but cool.

If it's possible in the code, and doesn't hurt the balance, then I think it'd be interesting to see.

Why not set it up so that who ever owns the base has their own npc's represent it instead of bots.
No supply needed cos who cares tbh. Don't mind me. Just late to the conversation.

Then just, like, RP it. Farm some pilots and put them on your base. Nothing stopping you from doing your original suggestion despite it not being part of the plugin
