It's relatively recent. It used to be a 1250 transport that no one used.

So, while I am thankful for semblance of effort on devs side to standardize the Celestra, addition of 2 guns did not solve the problem. The ship's rear arcs are horrendous and literally the weakest in any freighter to the date, including Annapurna, which was never known for it's combat capabilities anyways. It still fires only 2 guns, and those only fire to bottom rear, and for some magical reason, despite having 4 turrets on the top, not even a single one fires to top-rear, thus the ship cant really defend itself reliably when it needs to escape/keep distance from the threat. And due to it's very low HP and extremely frontal focus of fire, it can not even fight other heavier freighters, let alone many other things such as SHFs or bombers. Its powercore also does not help the case. Why have 8 guns fire forward when you cant have a powercore to sustain it for an effective amount of time. That addition of two guns did not do anything at all and the way I see it is, the ship is intended to be left as an utter trash. I get it, you want it to be an underpowered dromedary clone for one reason or the other, but at least give the ship proper tools to defend itself. It is literally a free blue at the moment.

TLDR; No single freighter only fires 2 guns to rear, give its top turrets more arcs.
