Osiris should never have been mass produced.
you say this but... in RP would the Osiris be a much better Less Resource and Time consuming Option to make than a Legate? considering the sheer size comparison etc?

=_= ...
No, I don't really feel like going in an argument over this, really.
Why does every faction needs two battleship class anyway? For major houses, okay, I might understand. In fact, Rheinland might actually like to have a smaller version than the giant green tin can box. And kusari could probably use something more refined than the giant yellow swiss knife.
But pirates and drug dealers?... please.
Corsair now have their own design which they know how to maintain (however they got the knowledge to make one, I won't question), which they know how to produce without the help of their allies...
Just because something is larger, doesn't mean it's more efficient or less costly to maintain... I'll remind you, the Osiris was a prototype.
tell me why you cease too mention the Outcasts, Our the 'Corsairs' Main Enemy when they have 2 BS's then? considering what you're saying you insult you're allies aswell? and others.. say for instance ahem, the Lane hackers? no offense too the Hackers but... in which way would they need a BS? namely the Spyglass? which was (Correct me if im Wrong) one of the biggest BS's in the game, considering the Hackers arent a big pirate faction mainly running off Trade lanes for their profits?
now please explain why you're so biased towards the Corsairs and not the Outcasts or Factions which dont need Warships?
is it because TBH and the Corsairs Kicked you're SCRA out of the Sair Community? are you seeking Revenge for what has happend in the past?
Please Explain...
(May i also state that the Corsairs Have one of the Largest ZOI's in sirius equal if not Larger than some houses in fact? therefore i think 2 BS's is fine, its like having an Osiris on the Less Battle stood Ground, and a Legate in say the War zone.)

the Irony is the fact you have nothing Positive to post here, apart from you're ''loling'' which is not too great in a Development Forum,
now i sugest you go back too the Flood section of the forums with you're colouring crayons and you're pop up Picture book, and let the big boys and girls talk about a Osiris Re-Fit.
Thank you.

Cosmos, take a li'l look at what Yue said again. Namely the part which mentions "drug dealers". Now, who are the only drug dealers in Sirius....? Yeah....
Also, I found out afterwards, but the SCRA did get kicked out on purpose. Im not sure what it achieved, but im not savvy to that kind of information. That instance was actually the cause of my falling out with Blunt, which we've now resolved. That was my fault, caring too much about the game, so Im glad I've finally made my peace with Blunt over that.
About the "two battleships" though, the main reason its needed is because of the terrain that the Battleships are deployed in. The Dreadnought is mainly used as heavy defence, whereas the lighter Osiris is used as an offensive weapon. I shudder at the thought of taking a Legate through Omega 5 or either of the clouds in Omicron Gamma. The prospect of doing the same with the Osiris is much more appealing. This is why, tactically, it is a good idea for the Corsairs to have two battleship-class vessels. Im sure that its the same for the Outcasts, but I dont know for sure.
1) Keep it as is. (My least favourite)
2) Alter the ship drastically. (Possibly awesome, possibly awful)
3) Replace all player-owned Corsair Osirises with Legates, and pretend it never existed as an Osiris. (Osiris, what are you talking about?!)
