I was running patrols with Agent Blackwood. LNS vessel Excalibur sent a transmission to all house military vessels to aid in taking down a cardamine smuggler. Last known location at the time of LNS-Excalibur's message was at West Point. The smuggler, allastor, cloaked. After scanning the area he seemed to be in Hamburg, outside our jurisdiction. Another target popped up on scans, Moses|AOI. The ship entered zone 21, shot down Agent Blackwood, and was taken down by an LNX vessel. In total, there were 2-3 LNS vessels, an LNX vessel, and 2 LIA vessels (me and Agent Blackwood).

I am 32 years old. I was born to a Libertonian mother and a Kusari father. Both were scientists who made great discoveries, but were never funded for their work and were often plagiarized. After several years of trying to solve an impossible problem, they were quickly discredited and pushed out of the Kusari Scientific Organization. I am not like my parents. I do love science, but I do not pursue it. Keep in mind that I do not have any love for the Kusari government and their holdings. I wanted this job because Liberty to me and my parents represent advancement, freedom, and acceptance. I am honored to protect that dream.
I can make my way around many computer systems, making me a good candidate for data gathering in the underbelly of the Junker Congress. Also, I am quite unassuming, considering I look quite grungy (a credit to my past hardships), allowing me to essentially blend in to the Congress's target demographic. Similarly, I am somewhat knowledgable in smuggling, since thats how my parents and I escaped Kusari space. Although I cannot handle even one ship firing at me, I can make sure to not get shot at in the first place.
As a senior agent, I've worked with the 5th|, LNS, and LPI vessels to take down an Outcast far from home, with the Director I've entered order space to hunt for Nomads. I try to regularly complete DPD missions, such as keeping the piece through friendly conversation.
Infiltration will occur after me and The Pontiff create a feasible recruitment letter and code name for the JC. I will head to Puerto Rico as per the JC's initiation instructions. Once I am in, I will not hint at my alter ego, as if I am a complete raw recruit, or as if I have forgotten that I was ever part of LIA. I will not transmit until I have gained the full trust of the JC's higher-ups and other smugglers around me. Either that or until The Pontiff gives the order to transmit. By the time I have gained their trust and/or The Pontiff deems it necessary to start transmitting, I should have already surmised where and how artifacts, cardimine, or any other major contraband are entering and exiting Liberty, and, if needs arrive, sabotage the operation.
I will contact our operatives inside JC for information into a cleaner infiltration, and I will receive and transmit orders and information through the QES.
If I am compromised, I will accelerate the plans to potentially destroy the smuggling ring and then take a fast snub out of the area. If I am tailed, I will launch countermeasures and precede to the nearest asteroid field, especially if it contains a jump hole. The Directorate, Supervisors, and I will set up a contingency for when that happens in a more detailed format.
If one of my fellow agents has been compromised, extraction or extermination may be the only solutions. Even before they go into ops, I would assume that the directorate
If my handler can't be reached, my messages should by then be also monitored by the Directorate, so that there are more than one superiors overseeing my progress.

It is very worrying that the Nomads have increased their incursions to Liberty. Furthermore, with this comes incursions from another of our enemies, The Order terrorist group. We need to keep a close eye on them as well, we should take a stealth group in to the Omicrons to see what is happening.

COMBAT REPORT: CALIFORNIA
I was sent a transmission using the D.I.S.C.O.R.D transmission system by Director Sutherland, under the codename STORMBREAKER. A situation arose in California. As I approached the section E-6, I was awaited with a massive battle between Liberty house military factions, specifically LN, LPI, and of course LIA, and the Insurgency. The battle insued, and due to miscommunication between all members involved, all of the house military were destroyed as we took out half of the enemy's forces. One enemy vessel was left. In other words, we messed up.

Infiltration of Criminal Organizations in Liberty Space
First of all, if this is alright with Agent Fork and the Directorate, I would like to establish a protocol for extracting and integrating agents. To be clear, this is meant to be modified as new clandestine ops missions arrive.
Integration:
Integration should be a seamless process in which the sleeper agent should have prior education in the daily life and time of the organization they are infiltrating,
A fund must be set up specifically for the purposes of receiving new ships for infiltration for the purpose of painting the infiltrating agent as a "new pilot" or a pilot with a ship that the criminal organization uses. For example, a Junker fighter or a freighter with a criminal tag can be accepted into the Junker Congress.
A database must be set up of all current sleeper agents, their LIA code-names, their sleeper code-names, their infiltrated ship ID, and their persona name within the organization
For example, a line of the database can read: Sanjo Jiraki - Kaiju - Zhaitan - (this is fake) .:j:. Scrapper - Hanzo Jidai
Extraction:
If an agent becomes compromised or their mission has ended for whatever reason, they will need an extraction.
Extractions are facilitated by a secure transmission over D.I.S.C.O.R.D to their handler, Agent Fork, or one of the Directorate.
An extraction starts when the sleeper agent enters space with a group of other criminal ships or comes alone to a predesignated rendezvous, as long as the organization does not get suspisious.
The agents involved in extracting the sleeper need to make it look like an arrest, and will move them to the nearest lawful base.
The sleeper will then be debriefed and a new sleeper will be sent in as per the guidelines in the integration steps.
I hope this list will help solidify protocol for future clandestine ops, per extraneous modification if applicable per mission.
