Apologize the slight delay, I had a more pressing issue to deal with. Regardless, a few questions are left unanswered and I hope you can conduct research on these too.

Saint-Exupery Space Port and Montigny Storage Facility, as well as Roanne Production Facility were mentioned by you in your report as heavily damaged. It would be useful to know whether the stations were abandoned or if people are trapped inside. Try to investigate this, I trust your abilities.

According to my knowledge, Vandoeuvres served as main hub of the food production for the surrounding Gallic systems and assets, try and investigate if humanitarian convoys towards Planet Metz exist, if they do not, we should consider trying to sneak supplies planet-side quite soon. In case such convoys are permitted by the invading Kusarians, we will find a way to abuse this to our and Confederal's gain.

Following this little inquiries, I would want you to establish contact to the Gallic Intelligence Service, try to gather tactical information they possess and offer them whatever additional intel you might gather from now on. We cannot and will not aid in a large scale, thus every asset we can spare should help them as efficiently as somehow possible.

Anyway, by making contact with Marine Nationale Gauloise I managed to find out that Kusari forces a la interventionists are not as cruel as I thought before. They evacuate people daily from the bases they have occupied. Strange in my opinion, but this war makes no sense except to show their forces to the Confederation of the Gallia.

About the bases in Lorraine that are still under Confederate control. They are receiving supplies of weapons as well as humanitarian aid. These bases can be used as a springboard for constant attacks on the Hamamatsu battleship. If this Battleship will be destroyed and control of the Luneville base and the trading lines with the gate regained, the Kusari forces will be surrounded and will gradually suffer from lack of supplies and food, thus forcing them to leave Confederate space. But to implement my plan, it will take a long and careful preparation, as Kusari forces are constantly patrolling areas of Lorraine and trying to knock out Confederate forces from the rest of the system.

About the Kusari Civil Corporation. They can't get into Gallia space at the moment because Kusari has closed these systems to entry, but there are exceptions. First is to evacuate the base population. Second is supplies for an active fleet with high level of escort.
