It's good to see some baguette action in our peaceful and decent Tau neighbourhood, you really promote activity there. I have really enjoyed the pvp engagements against your people.

I haven't had too many RP interactions in-game with you, but certain situation with a juicy Maquis character made me a good impression of it

Internal Rewards Board is active
1) We are rewarding just Gallic Navy and Gallic National Intelligence kills, despite now being able to shoot anyone in Zoi and having multiple other hostiles in diplomacy.
Yes it is the lore of our faction, but that's secondary. This is purely to encourage and reward members for logging in Gallia Proper for PvP which we have been struggling with.

2) No bonus on killing corporate transports, just roleplay and cargo rewards
In-Rp Maquis would just probably flat out kill say an EFL transport if they catch them e.g. delivering anything to a Gallic Navy base without asking any questions, and would brag about it.

But
A) it's just not nice to /1/2 transports on Battlecruisers which we can do now
B) In Gallia it's still very easy to avoid someone, and the miners and traders that log there are the same couple people. We alienate them = we lose activity.

With big rewards for roleplay we hopefully encourage both sides to have fun and look forward to interactions.

How can we ask people to make RP demands when we don't have "can pirate line"
- It's true, we only have "can attack any ship" and "can demand cargo". But recent precedent where Nomads were not sanctioned for asking someone to drop cargo allows us to do this.

- If we understand the GM stance correctly, it is allowed as long as you don't ask for credits, when you have a /1/2 line, as the alternative is destruction.

As you might have noticed, I enjoy roleplaying. As you also noticed - you uttered attack lines and then went silent and ignored my multiple attempts at roleplay. And when you did roleplay (although, just by parroting my lines inexplicably) I stopped, turned to face you like I was planning from the start!

Moral of the story = want a fight? Roleplay! We had no contact with BHG before besides one isolated incident that involved another faction where there was no space for interaction. The rephack is at -0.55 still (which we can fix with roleplay and request.)

There was never any bounty hunter besides you in Gallia. And I mean - people can read the logs, all you did was repeat my lines after ignoring any RP attempts for a long time!

Roleplay and we will fight sooner, I hope that's not much to ask on a roleplay server, especially when you fly a faction that we never met in Gallia!

EDIT: Since it makes sense from technical perspective although in-Rp it could be questioned, we will be sending a request to have BHG rep moved from nodock to -0.7 for the NPC faction. Since you are the only bounty hunter we have ever seen in Gallia, it will be in line with your gameplay.

I do urge you however - try not be angry when we prefer to roleplay before giving you a free kill even when -0.7 is passed.

ah yes because the hired killer who is being paid to ya know KILL YOU is totally going to have a nice long conversation rather than doing their job and moving onto the next of their targets.

Would you call it unreasonable that someone tries to have a longer interaction before dying in a pointless fight both parties know is decided beforehand (mediocre Cap player on a VHF vs a snub ace), on a roleplay server where PvP is a secondary feature?

I don't know much about the Maquis' lore or your relevant rp, but it's a terrorist id dedicated for pvp whores and bhg is the same for the opposite side.
