Specifics are still up to the dev team to decide, but the most likely suggestion for the time being would be to open up a new "Sigma Civilian (Lawful)" techcell for those ships to comfortably settle in. InRp, after designing and producing a new snubline GMG just decided to throw the surplus of their old line on the open market.
