Classifying it as a transport leaves it in an odd position due to the rules concerning transports...you could roll one into the middle of New Tokyo, and, assuming you pay off all the Hogosha that approach you, they have no capability (within the rules) to get you to leave...
yes, but one can do a lot of silly things if one wants. - rules are a guideline that can - in extreme cases lead to sanctions. just cause you can doesn t mean its the right thing to do.
I don't see many people abusing it - it's an expensive "transport" which can only be used by junkers. The powertrading junkers will just have a pirate train on the most profitable routes in the game - they won't be in salvagers trying to ruleslawyer pirates.

I was actually a holy terror in a Waran. The only curve with the Recycler is that I'm having better success using torps than an SN with it, and I'm one of those hated Supernova-your-face in a joust type of players.
