I am afraid that I'm not aware of the exact procedure you need to go through to be considered a legal citizen of Liberty. You will have to bring your ship to West Point Military Academy and speak to one of the officials there in order to be guided with the process. I'm sure it won't be anything too complicated as long as your criminal record is clean - which it should be - so there is nothing to worry about.
I see... That being said, I've talked with the man of the LNS-Cataclysm... I forgot his name. Nothing much, he was curious and asked me why I was staying in Liberty. I told him I would like to be a security agent, but from my description, he told me it was more likely security force.

Near Fort Bush, I saw a Junker destroying innocent transports. It is not my job but I took a picture of his callsign and the ship too. From my point of view, the ship is a Ceres if I am not mistaken.
What just happened, I think it is beyond my understanding... That ship hit me twice killing my shields. I would like to be more useful, but I simply can't and this is disgusting. I feel so... useless. I think I will leave this place tomorrow once the ship repaired and ready to go.
My date went well. However, every ten minutes, always nuisances came. I fought someone to protect T-Roy but I lost....
Anyway, back to my date, we went in Pennsylvania, New York and Colorado. I think he likes me and I think I feel some feelings toward him. I never thought I would feel some feelings toward a libertonian before. I think it was a good idea to visit Liberty after all.
Perhaps you would need to refresh your flight performance by passing through an academy yet again. Until that, I would recommend to not actively participate in combat. The last thing anyone would want is you to get yourself killed.
I am glad to know that your date with the LPI officer went well. Maybe he can convince you to join the LPI, that would be a steady and good salary for you. It's good to know that even through all the misfortunes you do not regret visiting Liberty.
To be honest with you, I don’t really want to be in the LPI… I know it could be interesting to gain credit and show that I am in Liberty’s side. But the thing is I want something that allow me to go everywhere like I do on contracts. Maybe is there a job else than what I am actually doing allow such things?
I am not aware of any job positions within the Libertonian law enforcement that would allow you to go outside Liberty. After all, it's called -Libertonian- for a reason. The only one group coming to mind is the LSF, but I would highly advise not joining the LSF. They are not exactly known for their good reputation, and joining them would certainly have an effect on your own reputation.
Naturally, joining the law enforcement would result in you not being able to fulfil contracts Sirius-wide. You can, of course, still escort traders coming in and out of Liberty but only within Liberty house space.
