Screenshots are too dark

In game everything looks brighter, there are no dark shadows. If I set gamma more than it currently is, it would be too high. Ah well, I guess I'll just have to tweak these screenshots a bit in GIMP.

I really don't see a problem with that shot?

Hehe, I picked the first image hosting service Google spat out. Didn't know it's an adult service. :-)

and I've noticed that problem as well. I think it's a difference between what the graphics processor spits out (what prntScrn captures) and the way it's displayed on the monitors (what we see). Most people have their monitor brightness turned up a bit.

Try hitting PrntScrn right now, opening Paint, and pasting. See if it's darker.
