And on that note, I need to find something particularly important -- my FAM accounts. Does anybody know where those are stored on the HDD in Vista?

I can't say for sure with Vista, but in XP, in the directory you installed it (think c:\program files\freelancer account manager\ is the default), the file Accounts.dat has all the information.

I don't have itunes, so I can't help you there.

Unless you have the misfortune of owning an iPod, I'd recommend just not using iTunes at all. Windows comes with a perfectly capable media player.
