Your sources are correct - we have recently suffered a setback in the fight against the Crown's Armed Forces when the Fleet launched a scouting party towards the blockade. I'm told there have been multiple casualties, and some pilots are still unaccounted for.
Those that we have recovered are in a grave condition, however. They await the necessary medical procedures. While our smugglers are off procuring the necessary supplies for our medbays, we would also benefit from the expertise of medical professionals. If you happen to be in contact with any doctors or medical organisations who might be willing to help, I would be grateful if you introduced us to them.
Other than that, we do not need anything for the moment.
Feel free to call on our Fleet if you need assistance against the Crown.
The only doctor we have heard of operating in the Sirius sector is Doc. John Holliday and his company Med Force Enterprises. As far as we know, they have a medical station called 'Med Force Omega Hospital' about 9 kilometres east of Freeport 1 in Omega-3. I suggest you take up contact with him, with a request for assistance. One minor note, the birds are chirping that he may have some connection to the Nomads, however we are not sure if this rumour is true.

And thank you for the information about Doctor Holliday. We have encountered the Med Force Enterprises, but had no formal dealings with them before. I believe we will reach out to them now. What are these 'Nomads' you refer to?
Sorry for the delay but I had to do some research for you. From what I have found out the Nomads are a blue extraterrestrial race that supposedly have thousands of years of history. Little information has been found on their genetic, physiological and organic structure.
What is known about the biology of the Slomon K'Hara comes from countless scans of encounters and clashes on Sirius even before the 800 war. The observed ship bodies are a rigid, crystalline composite that appears to be able to repair damage and defects in its structure. A great deal of energy appears to flow inside and outside the structure and, despite analysis of nomadic ship remains and artefacts, the source of this energy is unknown. What is known is that the ships move due to this energy either through magnetic or gravitational forces around and within the ship. Nomad ships have advanced light ray technology, which also appears to convert matter into energy and vice versa when carrying objects or cargo.
They are said to occur mainly in Omicron areas, but a peculiar curiosity against the background of this information is that one of our pilots met two such beings in the Coronado system some time ago and had a conversation with them in his head (according to his own words). According to the report, the beings showed no aggression and were peaceful. I don't know what to think of this in relation to the existing records of the 800 war between the Nomads and Liberty and Rheinland, but maybe this is some other peace-loving faction? The fact is that our pilot is whole and healthy, all bio-scans showed nothing wrong with his health.
