Firstly, while I have heard informal reports from members of the Med Force Enterprises Academy about an increase in piracy in Theta, I must clarify that neither I nor my office has encountered pirates personally in this area, nor have I received any formal reports of OSI vessels being targeted by such activities. That said, piracy in the Omicrons is a matter we take seriously, as it endangers both trade and diplomacy in this delicate region.

Regarding the specific accusation that Zoners in Theta are hiring pirates to combat the Outcasts, this is the first I am hearing of such claims. While I cannot speak for every Zoner in the region, Omicron Supply Industries maintains a strict policy of neutrality and does not engage in practices that compromise our standing or endanger our operations. We rely on transparency and cooperation to navigate the challenges of operating in the Omicrons, and such accusations run contrary to the principles we uphold as an organization.

You mentioned providing evidence in the form of a data log. Unfortunately, I am unable to verify or comment on its validity at this time. If additional proof or context exists, I would encourage you to share it with local Zoner groups like Med Force Enterprises, NCC, or other neutral mediators for an impartial assessment of the matter. Should any credible evidence implicate parties linked to OSI, we would immediately investigate and address the situation accordingly.

Lastly, while OSI does strive to respond to all serious inquiries, as a corporation we receive a high volume of communications daily. Very Well Since we have received the signatories stance on the current Pirate accusation, we are sure that there is no relation between the ongoing pirate problems and the members of theta treaty signatories.

Considering the stance we give this decree,

"by the law of the Empire, the corsair court and the conclave hereby declare all Pirates present in Omicron Theta and Corsairs Territory hereby declared Enemy of the Empire and subjects to extermination in interest of the Empire and its allies."

I'm the Magister Yuri Orlov, head of the foreign affairs of the New Covenant Church. Pleased to meet you.

Thank Deux our ships have not had any encounters with the pirates you mention, so I cannot give you much information. However, I can assure you that the Church has never hired pirates to kill Outcasts or Core, as we currently have no issues with these people. In fact, we've no relationship with them at all.

In any case, if there were any problem with them, the Theta Treaty indicates that it's the Corsair fleet that is in charge of defending the Zoners against any external threat, so we would adress to the Imperio from the beginning to inform you of the situation. Accusing the signatories of the Treaty, even pointing to an organization as respectable as Omicron Supply Industries, of hiring rabble people to deliver justice, it's as outrageous as absurd, for being unnecessary. If you'll pardon the vulgarity, that pirate was most likely lying to save his ass, and I wouldn't believe a word he said.

I'm glad to see that the Corsair Tribunal and the Conclave are working hard to prevent Treaty violations on Theta, and to protect the signatories from theft and violence.
