If you need to find it for a good reason, ask a Lane Hacker.

If you have trouble with that, don't go to Vespucci at all, or you'll get shot, then asked. It's just how it goes.

to be honest, I'm amused with the amount of badly ID'd or OoRP ships that are flying around, trying to find it. It serves its purpose well. Also reduces hacker gunship spam a bit.

Oh and if you want to blame someone because it's hard to find ... that would be me. Have fun looking for it! I sometimes get lost myself, and laugh ...
