I'm Honoured by the suggestion.
All of your faith in my ability to Administrate Freeport 9 is humbling, though I'm unsure I am worthy of the role. I failed Pygar and the crew of the Kaldra so I doubt my abilities as a leader, but if Freeport 9 needs a full time Zoner administrator then I will take up the role, at least until I'm dead or you find someone better. Speaking of being dead, being aboard Freeport 9 for me is probably the safest option for the time being. I presume whoever wanted me dead is likely still intent on that becoming a reality and with this Noth Squadron still around its best I remain on station. Once i arrive i will meet with Lucas to get up to speed and then i will reach out to the order to get the ball rolling for anti infection measures.

Mr. Voncloud,
If we did not think you were worthy of the role of Freeport 9 co-administrator then none of us would have approved. YOU, Sir, did NOT fail Pygar. YOU had the interest of the inhabitants in mind whereas your former Phoenix leadership did not. THEY were interested in Phoenix, NOT the people. It was a failure of Phoenix leadership, not your failure.
Granted, times have changed...for all of us but we adapt. Just remember who your friends are and we can all work together for a better Omicron Theta.
I have no doubt you will do just fine on Freeport 9. It’s a secure station, and the view of Pygar is quite something.... distant, unreachable, a constant reminder of past mistakes. I recommend you get yourself a nice suite overlooking the planet. Staring at it long enough might inspire you to do something about it. Or at the very least, it’ll give you something to brood over while you enjoy one of Freeport 9's famous pina colada cocktails.
I suppose it’s good to hear you take hygiene seriously... anti-infection measures included. Just remember, some things are harder to wash off than others. On that note, as for doing business with the Order, well, a word of advice: they are the sort of friends who shake your hand while picking your pocket. On Crete, we have a saying: better a good neighbor than a distant friend. The Order are neither. They will turn on you the moment it suits them, so keep your enemies close, your friends closer, and the Order at arm’s length with one hand on your gun.
Now, get settled in, get to work, the local Corsair community is dying to meet you, and try not to get yourself kidnapped by idiotas again. Freeport 9 is a valuable station, after all.
