I'm sure this will have good server stability and excellent player conduct. Can't wait.

Other issues aside, why is this so bloated? Why not have one event for Wild vs Order and another event for the LSF vs Xenos/Hackers? Is the organizer allergic to simplicity? Why involve six factions? To fragment an already small player base? You already have the big fights happening on different days, just split them. Too many big, complicated events is not a good thing and is not easy to manage.

And award them with an Ontario POB? Really? Two of the factions can't even use a POB for anything due to being aliens. How much thought has gone into this?

It looks good in writing, but in practice it could be very different. I propose that the event be carefully reviewed so that it's enjoyable for all parties. Suggestions: Make it longer and with fewer parties involved (putting four factions into a single system for an event is too much; it'll be a mess). It could be subdivided into stages with fewer factions involved.
Think about it, and please—and this wouldn't hurt—contact the leaders of the factions involved, have a meeting. We're all grown-ups (I believe so...), we all have a life behind the game, but I trust you can reach an understanding so this is playable and fun.

I believe I am doing both with this event. The PvE which includes all parties is five days long, and more generally will not attract as much attention as the weekend brawls. At the same time, the weekend is split into two days, an only half the event ids may participate during one of the days.

As for your other point - I am always open to discuss things with people. And of course, these individuals can always message one another. My main concern is getting as many people as possible interested, and then balancing the start of the engagement. When people break the rules during the event, I try to ensure they are punished. But I am not interested in babysitting all participants, nor do I have the time to do this. I have asked assistance from staff to run the event, but in general these are designed to be self-running, and it has worked out well enough based on existing feedback.

This.

Why not make it more simple and straightforward? It's not the end of the world if there's just two sides fighting each other.

I have updated the faction rewards to include cloaks. If you have other suggestions, let me know and I may add them in turn. As usual, the idea with the rewards is to entice factions to participate, so if people are not interested in what's on offer, I will provide reasonable alternatives.

Based on dev discussion about events, we concluded that we'd rather move through multiple story beats than stay focused on a single one to the benefit of those involved, but the slight detriment to everyone else. This does mean that we want to involve everyone who is relevant for the particular beat, which often results in many factions having a stake. To put this into perspective, even after doing this, we still have outstanding event requests pending from as far back as September, because there simply hasn't been time to get to them due to the need to progress through various story beats. And this is even with my own initiative on the side to play out more events unofficially.

There is no good solution to this, and while you see it this way, other people are happy that their faction is getting an event at all. Another thing I've noticed is that during event series, even the most ardent players get "event fatigue". So even if we choose to split events into multiple parts, these will likely have a month or more gap in-between, which has its own issues. All I can say is that I'll continue to monitor feedback and make longer-term recommendations based on it.

It doesn't sound like anyone I have spoken to is happy. So if you refuse to hear out actual feedback at least spare us the pretense of lying about how you actually care about it.

Just a bit of chill pill there, people falsefully claim that there are will be lags with high number of players, but in my experience we had 15 vs 15 snubs brawls just as raildlogs and even while being in either Hammen Hole or Freeport 9 (which also involves spawn of NPCs) and there were none lags. Even today we had brawl against Sairs with around 10+ caps with no problems, right in Omicron Kappa (which was the last event). So basically if fights going to be not near battlefield at Sudbury - it won`t be a problem. + remeber Heavy Flood event, I am certain that lags are just the Kappa issue.

Splitting main parts in two days with basically 2 sides against each other and moving 2 different stories ahead simultaneously seems like a good call, it definitely would be a bad idea to everything at the same time, since even 3ways (like last Kappa event) are just turning into 2sides. PvE part is open for all and it is better when more people/factions will be involved in "random" pews across the week, since otherwise there would be like much less people to play, for example, only Order vs only Wilde event in Ontario, I also recall that there are usually almost none playing across PvE part.

@Barrier are you actually going to address any of the concerns here meaningfully and make necessary changes to this incredibly convoluted event format?

Vagrants can't use cloaks, and I doubt they have a use for a POB, either. Ought to give them something better as a reward. Jump Hole Generator Parts, perhaps?
