OK, I took a few minutes or so to glance over the ships, here's what I came up with:
  • Albatross Frigate - remove from Kurile, move to an IMG base
  • Anubis - remove from Kurile and Curacao
  • Avenger Liberty Very Heavy Fighter - remove from Kurile
  • Camara - move from Battleship Westfallen, not a military craft
  • Crow - is ok imo, should be used by anyone so a BHG and a Hessian base selling it is OK
  • CSV - is ok too, it's not necessarily a Junker-only vessel
  • Death Scythe - Junkers, yes, but closer to the starting areas like maybe Texas
  • Lane Hacker "Spyglass" - remove from Gran Canaria
  • Kadesh and Kiith line of ships might be OK, it's the Rheinlanders that have found the prototype design
  • Kushan line should be moved to Zoner Freeports
  • Nomad Fighter - remove from FP11
  • Raven Claw - remove from Bornholm, maybe put it on Fairbanks or Willard/Rio Grande
  • Rheinland Bomber - remove from Yaren
  • Slipstream - put it on a neutral base? liberty? or pirate too?
  • Taiidan line of ships - moved to GMG bases as the infocards say they're all built by GMG
  • Talon - definitely needs to be on Isis, I suggest moving the Camera ship to somewhere like California (Los Angeles maybe to make place)
  • Turanic ships - infocards say that they are built by the Junkers of Rheinland, Bornholm/Kreuzberg sound like a good idea.
  • Whale - infocard says it's built by GMG, so moving it accordingly would be a logical move

Good research, Night. Thanks. Just the sort of feedback I was looking for.

Turn your eyes, away, folk.. a bit of a spoiler here.

A gem in the rough resides not far from Manhattan, for the beginning freelancer. I find its location (A Liberty BS) to be in keeping with the ship's abilities and purposes. It won't get you far from Liberty, as it is only a lvl 4 light fighter, but it's a nice alternative to the starflyer, and mounts a torp! The fact that it looks like a flying VW Combi is beside the point!

If we had a few more of these alternatives available for those starting their careers, we might actually have less people begging, stacking, or whatever they utilize to get the money for that "uber" fighter/bomber out in the badlands.

:lol:I know what you're talking about, I think that one is excellent where it is, and yeah, Buffalo might sell one or two of similar things.

I just remembered, an addition to my list:
  • Spatial - it looks like made out of scrap metal chunks thrown together, changing the infocard to make it a Junker ship would be more fitting to it's looks (also moving it to a Junker base)

I dunno, it does kinda have the appearance of being on long-range recons alot, which is what its supposed to be doing. The Junkers aren't really know for long range recon.

I'd go with ya on that one, Koolmo. The IMG would have more of a need for a "DSEV" than the Junkers would... Ergo, the Hood is as good as any..

I think that moe ships need to be sold in more locations, like every battleship should sell some form of fighter, and major planets should sell a freighter of some kind.

If you move the Nomad Fighter from FP11, then I suggest removing it from Planet Gammu as well...Gammu is associated with the Zoners, and if one does not have it, then neither should the other.

Dunno where I would put it though.

Actually, RP-wise having it on Gammu is semi-logical. That unknown system is choke-full of nomad warships/fighters, so selling the fighter there isn't to problematic. but having it on FP11 when the nomad patrols BARELY get anywhere near them is not very RP

I can understand the need to have one at all, but then the infocard should read something like: Captured Nomad Fighter.

After all, remember the way the Zoners got the Viper and Raider? They found them, and built ships off the designs they stole by experimenting with the ships.

We shouldn't just stick the nomad fighter anywhere and not say how it got there, since the Nomads hate everyone.

Nawm those Zoners wheel and deal all over the place. And the other nombad ships are all sold in that system as well, makes sence to concentrate them.
