Personally I would've been too much of lazy ass to find the forum had it not been free in the first place. I was drawn to the forum, by the game itself. Not the other way around. And I'm quite sure many others started off like this as well.

It often seems that during the most crowded of times one might not get into the forum as it has to many users logged in already. By forcing all to go to the forum we might shut ourselves out due to to much traffic at this site.

(even thou i have not posted much in my time here i still read alot almost every day, and i like to be able to continue do that)

Here is my humble opinion on the issue. The people who are good RP'ers and understand the rules but don't have a forum account i have absolutely no quarell with. The others, well they will end up making an account to answer thier eventual sanction for not reading the rules.

The only reason i would see this even being needed is if the rules for the server were only on the forum. Which they are not, you get a commodity when you start and i believe the commodity is one every base? Which explains the rules.

So really i would say no not needed. Because if someone needs to they will create one. If someone wants to they will create one. If they have no need nor want to create one well let them play the game. As it is clear they are doing nothing to harm gameplay.

Free is good. If the server was limited in any way, I wouldn't have joined.

I think that if I didn't join, disco would be a better place.
