I totally disagree.CM spamming saved my butt from pirates countless times.And those weren't noobish pirates,
OPG,XTF,etc.So i think CM's should fit an adv train very good.Check the whale.

The Adv train already has 6 turrets, cargo pods, and massive energy. The zoner whale has no guns, no cargo pods, and you can't use an adv. transport shield and hvy cm on it.

Zoner whale fits zoners not being fighters, rather diplomats.
Adv. Train is generic.

I've never understood why the Spatial has two mines, and cargo ships have none. If I were plying my trade around the bases of sirius, i would invest in customising my ship (read: fleet) with a huge amount of mines (more than 70 ammo anyway), so that when i was fleeing from those nasty ol' pie-rats, i could chuck some whizz-bangs between their teeth.

Maybe a special mine that has negliable hull/sheild damage, but can knock someone outta cruise?
