Couldn't you have just said the Armored Transport? That's like saying Pilgrim instead of Slave Liner. Although... Not. Because the Pilgrim has always been the Pilgrim, whereas this was the XT-4254-6-09 Armored Transport which has only recently joined the ranks of cool, named people having been the last of its kind.

I just put those purple goddess guns on all of the ships that were in the pole. Freighters can fire them for ages. Should I use them or go for something different?

Well, Purple Goddesses are complete and utter fail in terms of firepower.

Flashpoints are better, and that's not saying much.

If you can, get factionalized guns. Work out some kind of Rp with someone for their weapons.

Man look, even though you hit wit them you havve to hit 100% times with them to make an eeffect of a very slow gun hitting once.

With every turret as deb you can make sure that bomber is out of power forever and thus protecting your convoy, with all debs you can take down a pirate transport and then aim for his guns / shields with your sidewinder.

With all debs you can take down a trader that's smuggling contraband fast enough. Depends on what do you want to do man. If you ask me, first stop would be getting another buddy to do it with you.
