I've been down there hundreds o' times, and I've found the local authorities to be as polite and reasonable as it's possible for the authorities to be. Perhaps there's a problem with the Zoner in question, rather than the House o' Liberty?

I have travelled many times in Libery with my Gunboat and Corvo and have encountered no problems from the Liberty police or navy providing you are polite to them and treat them with respect and do not make any threatening comments or gestures.

I am amending the advisory right now. Investigation has revealed that it is only certain pilots who pose the greatest threat. You have been lucky to avoid them when they were not feeling so generous.
