As for Unseelie's rights..reality is what you can get away with.
well it looks like the power grab is almost complete.
That was a very low thing to do, changing the password on the joint account and moving the faction bank.
You do not have the support of a lot of the members of the faction on this one. Yeah, some of them, but not all of them. And it's a shame that you're just throwing the others to the wolves when they have worked very hard to resurrect it.
Players with many more in-game hours, might I add, than you.
He might not have the support of the entire faction, but he's got the support of a goodly chunk of the community.
More than you do, I might add. Don't take this wrong, now. It's just that you -really- weren't setting a good example for new kids on the block as far as an established and well-known faction.

I have worked hard for this faction (as one of its central leaders, might I add) and it's a shame to see this happen. Yes, I make mistakes sometimes. That does not give Unseelie the right to do this.
They even snagged the bank.
I am in full agreement with Quorg on this one. Working hard on a faction and getting kicked out by a change in leadership (or a change in the leader) is extremely depressing, and make the person feel angry, and feels used. Betrayed.
It should at least be talked out by the leadership of the SU.
[17:45:39] Wolfs Ghost (Murphy): Tom, you have problems. Go kill yourself.
[19:25:12] Johnny (Jam): Tomtom, I will beat you with a spoon.
[14:22:56] Prarabdh Thakur: KILL HIM WITH A SHEEP.
[17:40:48] Eagle (Junes): Tom should be slapped with a spoon.
[11:32:18] Warspite: Thank you for being so awesome Tom. <3
[18:17:36] Metano: I love you tomtom
[20:06:24] Warspite: I will seriously give you epic head.

Yes, because talk was definitely working with Quorg. May I direct you to this?
Multiple attempts were made to work things out internally. It would appear they have all failed.
Plus, asking people to re-apply is hardly throwing them to the wolves... not like Unseelie deleted your personal characters or anything.
Many more hours because two thirds of my slaver characters haven't flown faction sigs since I made them because I've been ashamed of being a part of the group due to recent behavior, and of course, I have obligations other than what is an internet game.
As for my post from the SU account, that was uncalled for. I was rather incised, and I do apologize. It feels a shield, from which you can get away with more than otherwise, hence my motion to drop it from usage. My face here is Unseelie, and I attempt to keep it in high esteem.

Hypocrisy much?
My point is that if this is what the faction wanted, especially a consensus of the core players, then I would have stepped down quietly and the rest of the players in the faction wouldn't have felt so alienated.
However, there is no indication at all that this is anything but a coup from the top-down done without consulting anyone else in the faction. Especially those who have thrown hours and hours of their personal time into saving it from deletion.
Ergo, I am opposed to it, and so are a number of others.
I spent last 2 months working for this faction. I never wanted to be Boss or lead it. I spent hours updating rosters and doing paper work instead of playing online. Same with Jammi and Quorg.
Funny, the Slaver's Union chat's been pretty dormant... only 13 messages since Unseelie linked the thread and left. I'm wondering where these "others" are... mind if you have them report in and announce their displeasure?
No, really. That wasn't sarcastic. If there's other members of the Union that are unhappy, have them say so. I, however, don't see anyone piping up in the chat...
