Pertinent kill background informationI was heading towards Baltimore Shipyard when I noticed a Navy vessel proceeding to assist some LPI against some Criminals. I told him that I intended to collect the Bounty on him and I proceeded to kill him. He was mediocre but the Ions kept me from finishing him off quickly. He made a mistake and I took advantage of it and shot him down.
