While I would be the last person to defend human collaborators with Nomads (indeed, I have actively campaigned for the execution of them via nerve gas and the Corsair death by 10,000 cuts), I feel obliged, even as a man with no authority to speak for my organization, to point out that even worse experiments are being performed at Sunderland Research Station. The Bretonian government actively studies a Nomad city and ships in brains given to Cambridge Research Station via military patrols to Sunderland, where the brains are experimented on for military purposes, such as the reverse engineering of Nomad neurology for the purposes of serving humans.

Over a year ago, my uncle, Supreme Regent, Chairman of the Cambridge Research Council, and head of St Johns Xenoarchaelogy academy Roland Quintane had, without authorization of the Sirius Federation and in conjunction with the top leaders of the Bretonian Armed Forces and many leaders in the Order, brought in a complete Nomad specimen from an Order raid upon a Nomad battleship. They extensively experimented upon and even used corporate resources to fund their research. The result was an escape and the only reason we don't have a Nomad insider in Bretonia now is ironically because of the horrific failure of my quantum experiment.

While the product of the experiment is neither even partially human nor Hellfire affiliated, I felt obliged to warn you that if you decide to pursue the Hellfire legion for their experiments and reverse engineering, you may not only have to go to war with Bretonia, you will have to go to war with everyone who has been unfortunately trapped in a Nomad ship, everybody who uses Nomad weaponry, myself and some members of your own military included, or start using your political power to bully other houses into signing on to your politics.

While the ends of such coercion would be noble, I know enough about politics of any house that when given power, they will abuse it. I have enormous respect for most of the leadership of the houses, but there seems to sadly be a small minority of those who display aggression almost unnervingly Nomad like, as pointed out by an esteemed delegate.

This is a noble endeavour that may soon degenerate into a witch hunt and vote grabbing festival, ladies and gentlemen, against those who perform lawful experimentation, among them the most well regarded scientists in Sirius. I would even go as far to say I agree with the delegate who suggested that Liberty's admiralty may be Nomad infested, as this seems exactly the sort of manuevering we encountered from the Nomad infested authorities regarding Dom Kavash and Nomad artifacts 30 years ago.

Or must I remind you that the entire Department of Defense was actually taken over by Nomads a year ago? Or that the Legion defended all of Sirius, INCLUDING Liberty, from a giant invasion about five months ago?

Or that nearly a thousand Legion men, good men (unlike you, "Admiral"!), sacrificed themselves for YOU! Or that the Legion lost one of our best ships to them? Or that I was badly mutilated, and nearly killed, and in constant pain for two months, to save YOU?!

YOU, my bad man, are a HYPOCRITE, a LIER, and a weakling desperate to get help because, like it or not, the Legion has your hypocritical, weak, traitorous house pinned beneath our toe! Do you realize that a merely third of our fleets is positioned in Liberty? Or that we only assault you with a mere FRACTION of that part of our fleets?

OR do YOU realize, you crying excuse for a man, that Tauvi, a good friend of mine, was subject to a VERY bad accident a few years back, and I wouldn't be surprised if I heard it was cause by you. His current form has not altered his mind in any way, and he is still as human as any other of us in the Legion! MANY of us have been forced by this war, or by Liberty, or by the Nomads, to leave part of our very selves behind and become part-human. Yes, you heard me. I am an organically altered human and proud of it. Are you yelling that any of the rest of us are dangers to all humanity and need to be destroyed? Well, actually, you are, but no one's paying any attention to you.

So shut that hypocritical big mouth now, or I'll come and shut it for you! And I won't be gentle either. My method will involve approximately 362 watts of electricity coursing through your body at a current of approximately 14 Amps. I could make it up to as much as thirty Amps through your average human in ideal conditions if I concentrated on it, but why bother? At that wattage (and indeed, at nearly any above 100), 14 will kill before you even knew you were in danger.

Yes, I find it ridiculous that that Liberty, of all the houses, would say the Legion, of all armies, fleets, militarys, etc., is conspiring with Nomads. Then again, Liberty was never known for their intelligence... more for their position. And their support of the Nomads.

Or has no one noticed that Liberty is at war, or close to it, with every who is seriously and actively trying to stop the Nomads? The Legion, the Order, and nearly with Rheinland (Who hate the Nomads for good reason. Even now, Rheinland is still plagued by The Wild, the reminder of the Nomad's assault on Rheinland.).

So who's working with Nomads here?

The Sirius Federation acknowledges that the image let alone the ship does not provide sufficient evidence of a Nomad infestation within the Hellfire Legion or the Lane Hackers. But the presence of not one but two large Nomad vessels within or associated with their ranks is a concern. Both vessels due to their organic nature and Nomad DNA are very subceptible to telepathic control via Nomad forces, it took countless research hours by CRI to devise technology similar to the Nomad's that wouldn't be supceptable to their control and most of that time was to work around the Nomad's DNA sequencing and tenacity. I'm not at liberty to disclose the full details of CRI's results but although those ships might be under human control for now, they are still extremely supceptable to Nomad influence and are a significant risk. With a handful of Nomads being able to crash a captured battleship into the heart of Liberty and another Nomad ship nearly doing the same in New Berlin. Bretonia will take all precautions to ensure that doesn't happen again.

Any nomad vessel found within Bretonian space will be subject to seizure and/or destruction in accordance with the Nomad Transportation Ban and its intent.
