• A bounty has been placed on the group known as the Phantoms, as punishment for their attack on Planet Cambridge.
  
• Clarification has been added about the ore hauling bounty.
  
• For any organized groups: instead of various levels of processing, things have been streamlined. Now individuals must show they are friendly to our cause once and they are able to claim.
