how can this bounty be called lawful when you are killing lawful mercs/freelancer.
i mean honestly mercenaries have i tough enough with you putting out useless bounties.
and to be honest i dont really understand why this bounty is even here.
lawful mercs/freelancers killing other lawful mercs/freelancers.
what the heck?
i was just sitting out on Manhattan watching for smugglers pirates to collect bounties and because of your bounty my ship was destroyed and i had to be tractored to Manhattan and i had to replace my ship.
now why can freelancers and mercenaries collect this bounty, you don't see other people putting bounties on factions that that faction can collect.
now please explain this to me.

Pertinent kill background information I found a VERY BAD UNLAWFUL MERCENARY at Manhattan and began mopping. At the order of a Navy officer I paused mopping procedures until the subject moved towards West Point. The subject called a Rogue gunboat for help, but it didn't work. Mopping was successful. Note: I see that the subject has verbally defecated all over your bounty thread, I will apply more bleach to the subject's escape pod to try and counteract this.
