Oh, I am sorry, I dont think I was clear, I meant 1 player faction cannot own 2 systems. I asked awhile back in regards to the TBH and was told it was not allowed.
ZTC has not officially disbanded yet, they said they have some things to finish out before that and they will keep thier status till then. At the moment the ZTC owns o74.
When they give up their status it wont be owned by anyone, but would be available for another official zoner faction to purchase, such as OSI.
AW owned O-74, then ZTC took ownership, AW used the Zoner ID before having their own custom ID. It's a Zoner system and i'd find it asinine if the admins would allow the Core who use a BH ID and equipment to purchase a Zoner system.

The OSI are official? I was under the impression that the only remaining Zoner official faction would be the TAZ.
the 74 system is not yet up for grabs. - it is still owned by the ZTC - until they are done with it in terms of RPing.
what comes of it is a very sensitive matter - not a matter of first to come is first to grab.
once the ZTC roleplay has ended and they are really gone - the storyline ( that is roleplay ) may determine what comes of it - changing systems just like that cannot happen so easily - systems have a history that needs to be taken into account.
and that is a matter and the business of the developement of the mod. primarily with the history in mind - it is to see what factions fit in the best after all "that" settles in the heads of the people.

Actually, that's how we acquired Omega-56.
When DW quit the server, that left Omega-56 vacant. The only reason we bought it then was because it was really the only open Guard system we COULD buy. But yes, system that had been owned before by other factions have been re-purchased.
And the only reason it's a Zoner system is that they WERE there. As I said before, we discussed purchasing it in the past, and the only reason we didn't attempt to do so was because the ZTC had already put their bid in for it ahead of us.

Call me crazy, but I vote the Core is made into a full NPC faction allied with the BHG. Split the player factions, they have more than enough activity for both. Re-tag Dabadoru as Core. Make a new BHG Guard and Core Guard if necessary.
They're basically different factions anyway. My BHG|Core has absolutely nothing in common with the goals, aspirations, or method of acting of a BHG|. They're farther divorced from one another than the LPI are from the LN or LSF, even if they're both bought and paid for by the same checkbooks.
I don't think it's a good idea for one faction to have multiple systems, but I've wanted to say for a long time that the BHG and Core should be made separate factions.
