He would have to leave the Omicrons, again. It was no longer safe for any Zoners, and the Corsairs were not the only ones to blame for that.

Please take note that HAF and numerous independent Corsairs are still permitted to dock at the Nine and enjoy our hospitality. Why is this you may ask?

Why because these folks did not participate in repeated attacks upon the very Freeport they use to restock and re-fuel (unless you have evidence proving otherwise). No doubt many of you are starting to see a pattern.

If you shoot mortar rounds at our homes, GUESS WHAT, we're not gonna let you in. If you DON'T kill us, we let you dock. Amazing, isn't it?

The massacre of Freeport 9 happened when the Black Sails joined forces with a Muslim terrorist group to attack a station because its Food supplies were erradicated during multiple bombardments by the same said Muslim terrorist group.

But that's neither here nor there. You made your choice when you let Corsair Islam extremists burn down your pastures and slaughter your cows. Now you will have to live with the consequences and a lot of spoiled milk.

Acting as family councellor for the Zoner Lagavulin-family I hereby convey the following message from mr. Leo Lagavulin:

"The Lagavulin-family has off course the deepest sympathy for our fellow community members on Freeport 9. But there are much greater issues at stake here - and declaring an important freeport for a non-freeport is simply going down the wrong path.

Indeed continuing this unfortunate conflict with powers, that we Zoners used to cooperate with in a peacefull way, is not at all in the interest of the Zoner community. What do you expect from the Corsair community - or the Bounty Hunter guild? That they will yield - and seek to end the conflict because of this? Get real - and seek to restore peace!

We are Zoners for a good reason - never forget that - and we should not even think of acting as if we were an highly organized nation or house.

The Freeport 9 should be defended - fine - but it must at the same time be preserved as a freeport. It is not only in our interest - it is also a matter of principle.

We, The Lagavulin-family, has always - as long as anyone of us can remember - lived the Zoner way - without being the entangled into the affairs and conflicts of the great nations and houses.

We, The Lagavulin-family, has not been - and will never be - a part of this unfortunate conflict, that we feel has been imposed on the Zoner community by community members, that has forgotten the Zoner ways.

We seek not to impose our will on others - and will only act in selfdefence in a constrained manner. We will meet all, that come by our path with respect and good will.

So we urge all parties to put an end to this unfortunate and meaningless conflict - and restore peace.

On a personal note I would like to add this: I have only meet mr. Lagavulin twice in my office in the years, that I have served as councellor for him and his lovely family.

I have never the less no doubt, that he indeed lives by the principles, that he describes as The Zoner Way - and I can assure everyone of his seriousness in this matter.

And just where do people that murder our women and children get the right to land on our bases?

You shoot our people and you forfeit your docking permissions.
You don't shoot our people and you can land all you like.

We here at Freeport 9 are somewhat baffled by responses from so many Corsairs. We were not aware that they still wanted to land there after having bombarded the bejesus out of our installations. Here's a tip: if you don't want to have your docking rights revoked, don't throw mortar rounds at the tower control center.
