Look, lets think, the QCR can have 1 bs (stratus, I'm assuming) and at its current size, one destroyer, and 3 gb.
Its your job to figure out who gets what, but those are the restrictions.
And I do want to see more fightercraft in play than capital ships, by a large percentage, all the time. Other than that, its your branch, you could give him the flag, if you wanted...
Though...if the accounts no longer exist...I'm going to suggest a hussar and a challenger.
Really are decent ships.

Right now, as things stand, the DE is welcome.
As for trading around in the slots, well, a BS cant fit into a DE slot, but a DE can certiantly fit into a DE slot.
What I was really worried about was the DE and the GB...even I don't have 2 caps...and since the restictions are so tight, one person holding two cap slots is unfair.

BTW, I'll need such things as proposed cap names, (can keep the current one) and the name of the commander of the Cap, plus the fighter pilot (should not be same person for anything bigger than a GB, and I would rather even a GB captain to be a full time job) for the status post....oh, and...a rank?

Ah, heh... I feel bad now, this whole discussion could have been avoided if I had remembered to clear my sig. The problem is, it has been over 8 months since I've last been on and all my accounts have since been cleared. I do appologize for forgetting to clear my signature.

I don't quite remember my rank but I remember being promoted twice by FireBird, when he ran SF. However I am in debate about whether I should join or not as university is occupying a lot of my time. I wouldn't be incredibly active, however, if I was to join, I definitely wouldn't want to placed anything above the lowest rank, due to the fact of it not being fair that I haven't actually earned any reputation within QCR or any of the other branches and due to the large possibility inactivity.

Again, I do appologize for not clearing my signature and therefore causing the debate :S as well as not replying earlier but I thank everyone for their open arms and acceptance as well as their prompt responses.
