I've played, the starting cash level is a bonus. I dislike however the reward system for shooting down an opponent. That will only lead to PVP whoring in my opinion as opposed to good solid RP dog fights. Other than that I don't have much experience with it.
Type /? into sytem chat to get a list of commands, ie you can get a frag list, ship list of players transpher cash over distance for a 30% fee and with a command make a group from far away without having to see the player to group up.
PVP-
With PVP on the server if you are destroyed you lose some credits and they get transphered over to the player who beat you.. Now the reasons for me putting this system in the server is for RP and Non RP players.
If you are a RP player say a pirate then you now can get a bit of extra cash for destroying other players, same as bounty hunters. Or if you beet your oppent then you get some cash from their wreck.
This is to increase a bit of RP in the game and to keep people in char. IE if they decide to run off and not play by the rules and you destroy them, you get a bit of conpensation. :D
This program will also implement these functions....
If you F1 out of battle with enougher player then you will be fined credits!
When you leave dock on a planet or station then you will be invincable for 5 seconds - including launch
A greeting message for any inportant info
Admin commands so my SP team can control the server more easy including getting credits when needed and server restarts, bans, kick, cargo scans ect
To put in short the FLshell program i have used with the server is for your and my protection it will log any log ins and log outs and any kills.
It is also a major part of the future of Starworlds and the programs that will be added into the server to bring something new :cool:

Just to let you all no the server start up credit is set at 1mill, This is enough for you to get a small ship and light weps/armour to help you get settled on the server more easy. As i no most of you including me play the beloved Discovery Freelancer RP server, you just dont want to start right at the beging ;)
I still don't think it is a good idea, it will in my eyes only promote low level PVP whoring to gain fast cash. However it is your decision and I cannot change your mind. I don't exactly understand what you mean by run away and not play by the rules though.
Oh and all the console messages you get when signing in, wow, a bit of clutter in my opinion mate. Try and keep it small and concise:)

even when i ran rogue ideas i followed all Discovery rules and the way they role play.
i will never play your server because i am Discovery blood, i will only play Discovery Official servers.

Shame i wont see you on, Starworlds likes to keep the Discovery rules but is not offical as you said [would love to be lol] We are working hard to keep up to peoples expectations and provide a pleasurable gaming experiance. Hope your RP server is well soon and you guys are doing a great job.
I might give this a look over, we'll see. Though like Bulldog I started on the Discovery RP Server and I'll always be on that one regardless, it's always good to start over on a different server...new possibilities nonetheless.:)
